The University Library of the University of Wisconsin-Stout seeks an innovative, highly-motivated Archivist to lead the UW-Stout Archives and the Area Research Center. The Archivist will lead digital initiatives, establish goals, develop policies, and manage the UW-Stout Archives and Area Research Center. This position supervises classified staff, student assistants, and limited term employees. The Archivist collaborates with classroom instructors in the use of primary resources in the Archives collection; they also serve as the Campus Records Officer, responsible for campus records and for record policies. The main objective of the symposium is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and ideas between scholars currently undertaking doctoral research on the region.
