Site migration to an international domain
On the process of moving from .org.ro to .org
You may have noticed by now that you're being redirected to caleidoscop.org when trying to reach caleidoscop.org.ro. Wondering why?
This website, for a long time, had a much broader audience than we originally planned. We have visitors from all over the world and it'd be a shame to ignore their interest and participation to this website. To acknowledge this state of facts, we have decided to pull the switch and move "everybody" to the caleidoscop.org domain (notice the missing .ro at the end in your address bar).
Thanks to a bit of computer wizardry, this migration should be pretty seamless. Nothing has been changed: the old accounts should work, you should still receive the newsletter, any old link should be automatically redirected to the new location.
How can you help?
Hoping domains is not a thing that search engines tend to take lightly, so we kindly ask you, in addition to updating your existing bookmarks and links that you have to us, to try to promote our website, with the new location, on whatever media is available to you. Internet links, emails, Twitter or any other social network, it would be a great service to us and our efforts. Thanks!
Also, in case you get into any problem, especially if you think it might be related to the domain change, please use the contact form to inform us of it.
