The MEU 2010 is the event which best simulates the reality of the European Institutions, as it takes place every year in the real building of the European Parliament in Strasbourg and it's a terrific opportunity for all those young Europeans who want to know more about the decision-making process of the EU institutions.

Besides, it's an amazing chance to get to know other young Europeans from every walk of life and backgrounds, from the 27 member states, bounded by the same values, passion and interest towards the European Union.

The MEU is universally acknowledge by every participant to be as a lifechanging experience, which will offer you the unique opportunity to debate, act and behave like a real MEP, Minister of the Council, Journalist or Lobbyst.

More than 100 young europeans will come together in Strasbourg to attend the simulation. They will be playing the roles of MEPs, Ministers, Journalists and Lobbysts. What does a real European diplomat or politician do? What are their tasks?

Discover in this challenging experience what's behind the scenes! Discuss and learn, with people from all over Europe, about issues on the diplomatic agenda and express your view on the EU.

This event provides you with the unique opportunity to learn about the EU and its institutions and to find out how difficult negotiating and compromising really works in Europe.
