CHF International seeks a Chief of Party (COP) for an upcoming USAID funded project in Liberia addressing improved supply and quality of water, hygiene and sanitation in rural and urban areas; and improving national-local level sector coordination and decentralization.

CHF International’s mission is to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low- and moderate-income communities around the world, helping them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions.

The COP will be expected to provide leadership to the staff and vision to the stakeholders in addition to the overall management of program objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in designing and/or managing complex urban and rural water and/or sanitation or related health programs in developing countries, including decentralization; Africa preferred;
- Familiarity/experience in designing innovative public-private partnerships within water/sanitation programming a plus/desirable;
- Proven ability to interact with other projects, host country government and international agencies
- Prior successful USAID COP experience preferred;
- Masters Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience;
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluency in English required.
