The North-South Centre of the Council of Europe, in partnership with the European Youth Forum, as part of the follow-up of the Africa-Europe Youth Summit, will be organizing the 5th Africa-Europe Training Course in Coimbra, Portugal.

The course aims to strengthen the role of youth organizations in civil society, as well as to promote the global citizenship of young people in Europe and Africa. The participants will be representatives of youth organizations from Europe and Africa. The deadline for registration is 14 April.
