Deputy National Director World Vision World Vision is a Christian relief and development organization dedicated to helping children and their communities worldwide reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty. Job Description
The focus of the Deputy National Director is to provide leadership to the national level design, implementation and monitoring of the WVK strategic development process (including KPIs). This position will also provide line management of the ND office and provide input into the research and improvement strategies of the systems that create and deliver the core operational ministry of World Vision Kenya.

Bachelor’s Degree. Master's degree preferred, in economics, business administration, public administration, international development or related field. Breadth of experience in leading strategy development in large or complex organisations and interacting at various organisational levels.

International work experience a plus. Some cross-functional management experience of 3 – 5 years preferred. Demonstrated commitment to ethos, Vision Statement, Core Values and Mission Statement of World Vision International. Technological literacy: Knowledge of computers, email, internet and current office software is strongly preferred. Work environment: Office-based with frequent travel to the field (and internationally) Travel: 30% Domestic/international travel may be required. On call: After normal working hours in cases of emergency or high-level visitor delegations.
