The project idea of STEP is based on the fact that; a generation without hope for stable employment is a burden and a responsibility for society and accordingly by presenting the STEP Project, creating a sustainable dialogue between youth NGOs in Turkey, Greece and the other EU countries and encouraging exchange of knowledge and solution proposals on EU and National Youth Employment Policies and Problems are objected to be achieved.
